SISTERS SPEAK! is where we will post your testimonies, poems and words of encouragement from you to your sisters in Christ around the world. None of us knows all that life has in store for us, but we know for certain
there is a God in heaven who loves us unconditionally and who only wants
to bless us. The way I like to think of it is the beautiful plants and
flowers that bloom with fervor after it has rained for a period of time.
Without water those plants would die.
Without trials our ability to achieve the next level "dies" with complacency with our walk with God. The rain (while unpleasant) waters and nurtures those gifts God has
bestowed upon us. When the storm is over, you are brighter, stronger,
and more confident in your walk with Him and, most importantly, prepared to take on the next level He has destined for you.
No matter how hard the storms may seems remember:
1) He would never give you more than you can bare (which implies you can handle it with His help, even though at times it seems like you can't!) and
2) there's a blessing around the corner as your reward for "making it over" that
mountain.
Hold on to God, He will get you through this time and I promise in the end it will ALL work in your favor!
