EASY 2010 RECIPE:
Mexican Layered Dip
This is the fastest, easiest meal or heavy snack that you will ever make and it tastest wonderful!
1 can of refried beans or 1/2 lb of ground beef (for meat lover's)
1 med. tub of sour cream
1 can of your favorite salsa
1 bag of Mexican shredded cheese
1 bag of lettuce shreds
1 bag of tortilla chips
optional jalapeños for garnish.
Line the bottom of a baking dish with the refried beans (no need to heat them up) or browned ground beef. Add sour cream on top then add the salsa. The next layer is the Mexican cheese and finally the lettuce shreds on top.
This meal takes only 15 minutes to whip up and provides 8-10 servings.
